We’re looking for a General Manager, Egypt to lead our operations in the region. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving business growth, enhancing our brand presence, and delivering outstanding products to our travellers and partners. If you’re a strategic leader with a passion for operations, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to build high-performing teams, we’d love to hear from you.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, MEA, you’ll work closely with other General Managers across EMEA and the wider global business to ensure our strategic goals are met. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Cairo, Egypt.

Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:

• Proven experience at a middle or senior management level, with a preference for company management experience.
• Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in managing ground operations in Egypt, ensuring seamless trip execution.
• Deep understanding of the Egyptian market, including key industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen with a high level of commercial awareness, strategic decision-making, and budget management expertise.
• Solid track record in risk and incident management, with the ability to navigate complex operational challenges.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with stakeholders and developing high-performing teams.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Significant experience in tourism or a related industry, particularly in operations, sales, or customer service.
