This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools, along with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects.

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
    • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/System Analyst.
    • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, including requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
    • Experience in conducting requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into functional and technical specifications.
    • Strong skills in process modeling and documentation (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, state diagrams).
    • Familiarity with business analysis tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure Devops, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Visio, or similar).
    • Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Scrum agile methodology.
    • Basic knowledge of databases and querying (SQL) is preferred, and familiarity with BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data-driven decision-making.
    • Pega knowledge is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate business challenges and propose effective solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with developers, QA teams, and stakeholders.
    • Experience working in cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluent in Arabic and English.
