Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project control processes to ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Prepare and analyze project financial reports, including forecasts, variance analysis, and cost tracking.
  • Collaborate with project managers to establish project baselines and KPIs for performance measurement.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks by implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding financial status and forecasts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure timely acquisition of materials and resources for project execution.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender submissions and project proposals as required.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field.
  • (Optional Degree) master’s degree in construction management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • (Optional Certification) Project Management Professional (PMP), or Certified Construction Manager (CCM).
  • Proficiency in project planning and scheduling software - Primavera P6, and familiarity with CAD and BIM software.
  • Min. 3 years of experience in construction planning, project management, or a related field is required.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including clients, contractors, and team members.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex financial models and reports.
