The Director of Incentives and Loyalty Programs is responsible for developing and managing comprehensive incentive and loyalty initiatives that drive private sector engagement and active participation towards Emiratization. This role involves strategic planning, partnership management, and execution of high-impact loyalty and rewards programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in sponsorships, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement, with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
