Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for management.
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Maintain and organize company records, invoices, and documents.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and procurement as needed.
Support customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
Assist in follow-ups with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams.
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
1-3 years of experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Experience in the furniture industry is a plus.
