Job Summary:

The HR Generalist will manage and support HR operations including personnel management, recruitment, and employee engagement. Proficiency in Odoo and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee records using Odoo.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and cybersecurity regulations.
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Monitor attendance, leave balances, and payroll inputs.
  • Identify talent needs and manage job postings using any available sources.
  • Conduct pre-screening and coordinate interviews.
  • Build a database of qualified candidates.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports on key metrics.
  • Use Excel for data analysis and creating dashboards.
  • Update and implement HR policies through Odoo.
  • Coordinate in execution employee engagement activities.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support audit processes using Odoo records.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Odoo HR modules and advanced Excel skills.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
