We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Talent Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team for the position of Talent Acquisition - Real Estate Development - ENT5779. This role is essential in sourcing and securing the talent needed to fulfill our ambitious vision.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, which includes everything from identifying talent needs to onboarding new hires. You will collaborate with department heads within the real estate development division to ensure they attract high-quality candidates who align with our corporate goals and values.


Responsibilities

  • Work with hiring managers to define job descriptions and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews.
  • Coordinate in-person interviews and manage candidate communications throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process in our applicant tracking system.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Support talent acquisition initiatives and contribute to employer branding efforts.
  • Stay abreast of market trends and competitor strategies in talent acquisition within real estate development.
