  • Engage in outbound calls to prospective customers or clients to promote and sell products or services.
  • Follow up on leads generated internally or sourced through various channels.
  • Maintain and regularly update customer records and interactions utilizing the company's CRM system.
  • Aim to meet or surpass designated sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Address customer objections and provide effective solutions or alternatives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support during the sales process.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Communicate sales activities, outcomes, and market insights to the sales manager or team leader.

Skills and Experience:

  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales (b2b/corporate is prefeed).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills are crucial.
  • Persuasion and Negotiation: Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively to close sales.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills to address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple leads, track progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools.
  • Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated to meet sales targets.
  • Attention to Detail: Accurate recording of information and follow-up actions.
  • Educational Requirements: a bachelor’s degree, especially in business, marketing, or related fields.
