Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our holiday homes division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through business development initiatives. This role requires a strong understanding of the holiday home rental market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to foster long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector.
  • Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income.
  • Partnership Development: Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach.
  • Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday home offerings through digital and offline channels.
  • Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive informed decision-making.
