Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin and Listing Coordinator with real estate experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating property listings, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, agents, and vendors. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in real estate platforms, and a proactive approach to supporting a dynamic real estate office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listing Coordination: Prepare and manage real estate listings, including MLS entries, property descriptions, and marketing materials.
  • Administrative Support: Handle office administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document management.
  • Client & Agent Support: Serve as a point of contact for clients, agents, and vendors to facilitate seamless transactions.
  • Marketing Assistance: Create and distribute promotional materials, manage social media updates, and assist with online marketing efforts.
  • Transaction Coordination: Ensure all listing documents and compliance requirements are met and properly filed.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule showings, open houses, and appointments for real estate agents.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update CRM and other databases with client and property information.
  • Vendor Coordination: Communicate with photographers, inspectors, and contractors to arrange property-related services.
