Job Summary

We are looking for a Telesales Representative to join our team and drive sales for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients and presenting our properties. This remote role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong sales mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact potential and existing customers via phone to promote real estate projects.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable properties.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Explain property features, prices, and payment plans clearly.
  • Overcome objections and negotiate to close deals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using CRM systems.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in telesales, preferably in real estate.
  • Sales Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills in Arabic & English.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and online sales tools.
  • Work Setup: Ability to work remotely while maintaining high efficiency.
  • Target-Driven: A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in selling off-plan or ready properties.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in KSA.
