We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will drive our marketing efforts by managing content, social media, and digital campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across multiple channels. The ideal candidate is fluent in Arabic and English, has B2B marketing experience in the technology sector, and possesses strong analytical and creative skills.
What Will The Right Person Look Like?
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Fluency in Arabic & English (spoken & written) is a must.
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B marketing within the technology industry (IT, banking, finance, mobile, software, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with content management systems (CMS) at the administrator level.
- Advanced knowledge and experience in social media management, digital marketing tools, and SEO.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is a big plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- A self-starter and a strong team player.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Manage and update corporate website and social media channels to ensure brand consistency.
- Create and edit engaging content, including blog articles, email newsletters, whitepapers, press releases, and website content.
- Execute and optimize digital marketing initiatives, including social media campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to develop marketing materials and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and generate insights for improvement.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
