We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to oversee our sales operations and drive the growth of our products within the HORECA sector.

As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service. Your leadership skills will play a crucial role in guiding the team to meet and exceed sales targets while fostering positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Train, mentor, and support sales representatives to help them achieve individual and team goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and ensure their satisfaction with our products
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts for senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and production, to promote our products

  • BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, or relevant field
  • Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the food industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data and market trends
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support the sales team and meet clients
