• Conduct estimating processes as a part of formulating project briefs aimed at establishing project and program budgets.
• Assist the central Estimating team while ensuring the quality of deliverables aligns with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Collaborate with A&P to refresh the cost database following the Cost Breakdown Structure for construction projects and Facilities Management Services.
• Deliver presentations to management teams whenever necessary.
• Provide support to delivery teams with benchmarking and estimation assistance as required.

متطلبات الوظيفة
Education
• Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or equivalent
Experience
• 5+ years of experience in cost estimation against project requirements.
