JASARA PMC is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager - Construction to join our team. As a leading program management company, JASARA PMC is committed to delivering exceptional results in the construction industry.
As a Project Manager - Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and successful completion of construction projects. You will collaborate with stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate and oversee the execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
- Monitor project progress and identify and address any issues or risks that arise.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Professional certifications such as PMP or CCM are preferred.
