RedBox Technologies, a leading logistics company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a reliable and experienced Fleet Supervisor to join our team. RedBox Technologies is revolutionizing the way parcels are sent, received, and returned through our innovative smart locker solutions. With a strong commitment to environmental sustainability, RedBox is dedicated to significantly reducing CO2 emissions by optimizing and managing our fleet of delivery vehicles.
As the Fleet Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery fleet. You will supervise a team of drivers, ensure adherence to safety protocols, and coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our fleet operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all regulations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage a team of delivery drivers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation and safety regulations.
- Monitor drivers' adherence to delivery schedules and improve overall efficiency.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely servicing and repairs to minimize downtime.
- Ensure accurate records and documentation are maintained for each vehicle.
- Implement and enforce effective driver safety practices and protocols.
- Optimize routing and vehicle utilization to maximize productivity and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Manage fuel and maintenance budgets to meet cost targets.
- Manage day-to-day operations of the fleet including maintenance schedules, route planning, and driver management.
- Oversee vehicle maintenance and repair, ensuring vehicles are safe and operational.
- Implement fleet management best practices to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery and optimal customer service.
- Manage fleet-related budgets and provide regular reports on fleet operation metrics.
- Implement and enforce safety policies and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and regulations.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or fleet management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Fleet Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of transportation and safety regulations.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using fleet management software and technology.
- Valid Saudi driver's license.
