  • Effectively present, advocate, and market services to both existing and potential clients with compelling arguments.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses and needs assessments for current and prospective clients to fulfill their requirements.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive professional relationships with clients and business partners.
  • Engage with potential customers actively through cold outreach strategies.
  • Facilitate the resolution of client issues and inquiries promptly to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed established sales objectives.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and various departments to streamline sales initiatives.
  • Provide management with insights into customer needs, challenges, interests, competitive developments, and opportunities for new service offerings.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager.
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
