Job Description

Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieving the specified monthly target distributed to clients and delegates (value and volume).
  • Adhere to the established itinerary.
  • Use agreed report forms.
  • Full supervision of the sales rep and drivers (attendance and departure - general appearance - absence, follow-up of their tasks and clarify their role, especially the Sales Rep in terms of emphasizing the agreed display method and the availability of all the company's products within the customer outlets.
  • Ensure that all products and items are available in the required quantities within all customer outlets and follow up APAP implementation.
  • Follow up on the settlement of invoices with the Accounts Department and compile them monthly with a statement that is delivered to each customer during the first week of every month until the checks collection procedures are completed according to the credit limit.
  • Follow up on contract achievement, the market share and displays.
  • Submit Weekly report on sales against the target, Report on the prices of our products within all customer outlets.
  • Submit monthly reports on what has been accomplished during the month with the product and the current month's line position.
  • Develop proposals and participate in developing appropriate plans to advance the level of work based on horizontal and vertical expansion in the areas responsible.
  • Negotiating with MT customers on annual contracts.
  • Implementing the policies related to the percentages of displaying products issued by the Trade marketing department.
  • Maintaining and following up on the company's assets within the sector (stands ... and others).
  • Responsible for the agreement with customers regarding the events.
