The Education Division has a key role within The KPI Institute as the organization’s production engine for educational products. The KPI Institute has positioned itself as a premium training provider in the GCC region through its Certified Professional courses. With the support of its global partners (re-sellers), the organization has trained over 20,000 business professionals around the world. The training stream represents the most important revenue stream for the organization.
The role of this division is to maintain a relevant educational portfolio, develop modern teaching standards, and package the knowledge from subject matter experts (internal, but also collaborators of TKI) into effective and attractive learning experiences.
The Propose Of The Role
The Senior Education Programs Specialist will oversee the learning experience and certification process of participants enrolled to The KPI Institute’s educational programs. This includes the following typology of products, but not limited to: executive education, certified professional, certified practitioner, non-certification courses and certifications to validate TKI’s facilitators.
This job is a customer-facing role requiring attention to details and ability to offer high-quality experience in the interactions between our organization and its stakeholders.
Your Main Responsibilities Include
Strengthen our brand as an education institution
- Maintain, expand and maximize the benefits of the current CPD Standards Office accreditation obtained by The KPI Institute;
- Maintain communication with the CPD Standards Office;
- Develop the application portfolio to accredit new courses;
- Identify new relevant accreditations/certifications for The KPI Institute that would increase our credibility as an education institution;
- Manage the relationship with all organizations offering credentials to TKI as well as the application process.
Optimize the certifications scheme
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement a recertification scheme for the current educational programs;
- Oversee the proper recertification process of all learners;
- Maintain a relevant structure for the different certifications offered by TKI;
- Ensure a proper monitoring of all certifications and diplomas issued by TKI;
- Develop and optimize the evaluation processes and templates for educational programs.
Offer An Exquisite Learning Experience
- Oversee the enrollment, learning experience and closure process in the case of Executive Education Programs;
- Conduct admission and/or program closure interviews with candidates;
- Support with review of assignments for Certified Professionals to ensure all tasks are accurately completed by learners;
- Oversee the progress of Certified Practitioners, and ensure an effective and efficient execution of the evaluation process;
- Standardize and improve the learner experience from the beginning to the end of the learning journey;
- Manage communication with learners, facilitators and address questions and concerns;
- Manage the certification process of all facilitators validated by The KPI Institute to deliver our programs.
We Expect You To
- Hold a university degree in Business Administration, Journalism, Communication, English;
- At least 3 years of experience in the education field;
- Previous experience in customer service;
- Excellent communication skills in English;

- Sets priorities wisely, multitask, and dynamically solve complex problems;
- Highly organized and efficient in task execution.
