A leading company in the alcoholic beverages industry is on the lookout for a Senior Regional Technology Specialist who will play a pivotal role in enhancing their technology solutions and supporting their operations within the region. In this position, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support, implementing advanced technology solutions, and optimizing their technology strategy to drive efficiency and effectiveness across their operations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all technology needs are met while staying informed of industry trends and best practices.
1.Support the regional hub lead in mentoring and guiding the technology team to foster creativity and collaboration. 2.Collaborate with Opco D&T managers and technology teams to ensure alignment and synergy in technology initiatives. 3.Assist in overseeing regional planning, execution, and delivery of technology projects within specified parameters in Opcos. 4.Aid in resource allocation to support project delivery and optimize team productivity as well as incidents resolutions and proactive monitoring.
5.Engage with stakeholders in opcos and globally to understand technology needs and contribute to providing innovative solutions.
6.Assist in identifying and addressing potential risks to minimize disruptions to technology operations and projects in all opcos as per the topology of each opco.
7.Contribute to establishing KPIs and metrics to track technology initiative performance and provide updates.
8.Participate in promoting a culture of continuous improvement, exploring new technologies and methodologies for enhancement.
What:
▪ Education: Bachelor in Computer Science or related field.
▪ Work Experience: Over 8 years in the technology field, with leadership roles managing technology operations successfully.
▪ Manages complex projects remotely in diverse locations, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.
▪ Deep understanding of service operations mindset, emphasizing customer-centric approaches and operational efficiency.
▪ Identifies and capitalizes on cost-saving/avoidance opportunities within OpCos while maintaining service excellence.
▪ CCNA , CCNP ,AWS Solutions Architect/ Azure fundamentals are required.
▪ Languages: English (Native or advanced proficiency)
