On-Hire is seeking a talented and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving design projects from concept through to execution, ensuring that all visual content aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a range of creative assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive designs that enhance brand recognition and drive customer engagement.
- Lead and mentor junior design team members, providing guidance on design best practices and fostering creative innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into your work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that meet client specifications.
- Conduct design reviews to ensure quality and adherence to brand guidelines before final delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced marketing or advertising environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital and print media.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think critically and solve design challenges creatively.
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
- A passion for staying ahead of design trends and continuous improvement.
