Staff Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus (IIB) and other middleware technologies.
• Lead technical discussions and design reviews to ensure alignment with best practices and design principles.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing integrations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Collaborate with software development teams to implement best practices and methodologies in integration.
• Provide mentorship and support to junior integration engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, understand their business needs, and craft tailored integration strategies.
• Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring timely delivery of integration solutions.
