We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to manage daily office operations and provide administrative support to ensure efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in office management, clerical tasks, and coordination while maintaining a professional and welcoming workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Manage and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage reports, documents, and presentations.
- Support HR with employee records, attendance, and leave tracking.
- Assist in basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and office regulations.
- Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
- Liaise with vendors, clients, and external service providers.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in office administration (UAE experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Experience with basic accounting and HR procedures is an advantage.
