Job Description

What You will do

  • Leading financial discussions with procurement team
  • Owning Procurement Forecast Process with buyers monthly routines
  • Presenting actuals and Forecast
  • Support PPM in the material preparation for CFO calls
  • Organize short-term and long-term plan of the team
  • Main point of contact with Commercial BU and BU CFO


Analytics

Review, analytics and challenge of

i.Procurement P&L (Price, Volume, Projects, Commodity, Forex)

ii.Tracking of Initiatives (Value Engineering, Price Initiatives and Payment Terms)

Monthly Routines

  • Setup and execute monthly performance reviews (MPR) with buyers & procurement head
  • Prepare executive decks to leadership on reporting financials & initiatives tracking
  • Manage procurement bottom-up forecast and initiatives tracker (P&L & Cash)
  • Setup and execute routine of commodity and forex tracking


Budget

  • Organize bottom-up budget for procurement – commodity, forex & initiatives
  • Consolidate Procurement Budget Plan with P&L and Cash Initiatives


What You Bring

  • 5+ yrs of Finance experience (mix of controlling and business partnership)
  • Proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of procurement spend drivers
  • Currently based in Cairo
