We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining high cleanliness standards in hotels, residences, or commercial spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Change bed linens, towels, and other guest amenities.
- Ensure all areas are tidy, well-organized, and free of dust and dirt.
- Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and household essentials.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding.
- Monitor and report any damages, maintenance issues, or missing items.
- Follow health and safety guidelines for cleaning and sanitization.
- Assist with guest requests and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain proper use of cleaning equipment and products.
- Work efficiently to complete daily housekeeping tasks on time.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of housekeeping experience (hotel or hospitality industry preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry heavy items if required.
- Basic communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Professional and polite demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
