- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities.
- Oversee security operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel.
- Organize ongoing training programs to enhance team skills.
- Foster a culture of safety and security among staff.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Manage guest communications regarding safety and security protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, investigations, and security activities.
- Prepare reports for management on security performance and incidents.
- Work closely with other departments to promote a secure environment for guests and employees.
- Engage with community stakeholders to enhance security measures.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, preferably in a hospitality or tourism setting.
- Strong knowledge of security systems and protocols.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
