We are seeking a Senior Sales Acquisition Specialist with a strong fintech background to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have deep industry knowledge, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to develop strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

    1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
    2. Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
    3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    4. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends.
    5. Lead and negotiate high-value contracts and proposals.
    6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align growth initiatives.
    7. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
    8. Contribute insights for new product features to support ongoing enhancements and innovation.
    9. Establish and cultivate new partnerships to drive business growth and expand opportunities.

  • Proven experience in fintech sales & acquisition (preferably in payments, banking, or financial services).
  • Strong network and industry connections.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and business development within the fintech industry.
