Governance Framework Development & Implementation:
· Create, implement, and sustain IT governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with industry best practices such as COBIT, ISO 38500, and ITIL.
· Establish and articulate policies and procedures in line with global governance methodologies and regulatory obligations.
· Perform regular assessments and updates of governance frameworks to maintain their relevance and effectiveness.

Regulatory Compliance & Audit Support:
· Keep abreast of changes in regulatory compliance at both local and international levels.
