We are currently on the lookout for an adept Pega developer tasked with designing and developing enterprise-level Pega applications for our organization. In this role, you will oversee the execution of substantial Pega projects, which may encompass the creation of BPM applications, integration of web services, development of data models and frameworks, along with compiling business analysis requirements.
To excel as a Pega developer, a robust understanding of Pega Class Hierarchy, familiarity with Java-based applications, and proficient project management skills are essential. You will be responsible for understanding organizational requirements and developing scalable applications to enhance process management.

- Meeting with business management to review the company's requirements for BPM applications.
- Pega BPM application design and development
- Within the Pega PRPC environment, doing solution architecture.
- Class hierarchies, application frameworks, and data models are all designed.
- Coordination with the project team to ensure that the business architecture meets the customer's needs.
- Integrating company databases, legacy systems, and online services together.
- Troubleshooting application problems, code errors, and bottlenecks
- Performing system performance tests
- Keeping the security of all system programs maintained.
