We are in search of a proficient Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst who possesses an IT background and at least 5 years of relevant experience to become part of our team. The chosen candidate will be tasked with the critical role of gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data, ultimately providing actionable insights to facilitate informed business decision-making. Success in this role entails collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting capabilities and promote the effective application of data-driven strategies.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI, data analysis, or a similar IT-related role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and database management.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and transformation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable way.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with advanced data analysis techniques and machine learning models.
- Knowledge of cloud-based BI solutions.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
