JASARA PMC is on the lookout for a skilled and driven Senior Urban Planning Engineer to become a vital part of our team. This position requires you to spearhead urban planning initiatives, provide expert consultation, and ensure that projects adhere to the overarching urban development strategy. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, you will create sustainable and innovative urban designs addressing community needs and complying with regulatory standards.

- Bachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Urban Planning or Architecture equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in urban planning and design.
- Proven experience in leading urban planning projects, with a solid portfolio of completed works.
- Strong knowledge of urban planning principles, land use regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Proficient in relevant planning software and tools (e.g., GIS, AutoCAD, SketchUp).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in the Middle East, particularly in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable.
