A leading E-commerce consumer goods company, is in search of a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and strategic growth. As the COO, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. This role demands a visionary leader with a strong background in E-commerce and a proven track record in operational management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Oversee supply chain management, logistics, and inventory control to optimize performance and reduce costs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
  • Manage and mentor department heads to enhance their operational capabilities and drive accountability.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior management roles, with at least 5 years as COO or equivalent in the E-commerce sector.

  • Excellent leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams.
