Our client, a leading name in the FMCG sector, is seeking a talented Brand Manager to join their innovative team.
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance brand position and drive customer loyalty.
- Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create and implement marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, traditional, and point-of-sale.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategy development to execution.
- Assess and analyze brand performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Work closely with internal teams, agencies, and external stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and contribute to building a strong brand identity.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 4-6 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams.
