A leading toll manufacturing company is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Project Management Lead to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving business growth while overseeing project management from inception to completion. Your leadership will be crucial in identifying new business opportunities and ensuring projects align with our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to identify and secure new clients and partnerships.
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of projects while meeting client expectations and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement solutions to mitigate any issues that arise.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and present proposals, project updates, and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business development initiatives and project strategies.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5-7 years of experience in business development and project management.
- FMCG background is a must.
- Proven ability to drive business growth and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
