- Lead a team of Java full stack developers in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality and scalable applications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and project managers to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
- Architect and implement full stack solutions using Java, Spring, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and continuous integration.
- Identify and address technical challenges, risks, and bottlenecks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices and introduce new technologies to the team when appropriate.
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development with a focus on Java.
- Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role.
- Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, JavaScript, and web technologies.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Experience in agile development methodologies.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and delegate tasks within a team.
