Tagaddod is excited to announce our Winter Internship Program for 2025! We are currently seeking a Operations Engineer Intern to join our team. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in operations engineering while working with a dynamic and innovative team.
Start Date: 1st of Feb, 2025
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations of engineering projects, including scheduling, tracking, and reporting.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Help identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction.
- Assist in creating and maintaining process documentation, operational manuals, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Work with engineers to troubleshoot operational issues and suggest solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as production, supply chain, and R&D, to improve workflows.

- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering, Science or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new engineering and operations techniques.
