- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle by sourcing, interviewing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospective candidates through diverse recruitment channels (Sales Department hiring).
- Create and compile job specifications, talent acquisition reports, and employment offers.
- Identify new recruitment avenues to broaden the company's reach and facilitate its growth.
- Serve as a liaison among internal departments for the onboarding process.

- 3-5 years of related experience in HR. Real-estate Experience is a plus
- Communication and Problem-Solving Skills
- Self -Motivated and Initiative Taker
- Excellent written and spoken English
