Role Description

The Officer – Strategy & Implementation plays a crucial role in supporting the organization's strategic initiatives and ensuring successful implementation across various departments. You will work closely with senior management to develop strategic plans, identify key performance indicators, and monitor the execution of initiatives that align with company goals. Your analytical and project management skills will be essential in driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and refinement of the company's strategic plan, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
• Collaborate with various departments to assess operational strategies and ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives using key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making processes.
• Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and workshops to drive alignment on strategic priorities and initiatives.
• Draft reports and presentations for senior management to communicate strategic insights and progress updates.
• Support the identification and resolution of challenges encountered during the implementation of strategic initiatives.
