Business Analyst - Conversational AI (Chatbot & IVR) System

Key Responsibilities:

  • Elicit and Analyze Business Requirements:
    • Conduct thorough needs assessments and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders, including customers, internal departments, and executives.
    • Analyze business processes, identify pain points, and define opportunities for improvement through the implementation of Conversational AI solutions.
    • Translate business needs into clear, concise, and actionable user stories and use cases.
  • Design and Document Conversational Flows:
    • Design and document complex conversational flows for chatbots and IVR systems, considering user journeys, decision trees, and potential user inputs.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of all business requirements, design specifications, and test cases.
  • Collaborate with Development Teams:
    • Work closely with developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the final solution meets business requirements and user expectations.
    • Provide ongoing support and guidance to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements for Conversational AI solutions (chatbots, IVR, voice assistants).
  • Strong understanding of conversational design principles, user experience (UX) best practices, and user interface (UI) design.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with AI/ML technologies and their application in conversational AI.
  • Knowledge of industry-standard chatbot platforms and development tools.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
