Job Title: Director of Training Management
Responsibilities:
- Determining the training needs of employees in coordination with the relevant departments and divisions.
- Determining the priority of training needs and their compatibility with the company’s requirements.
- Developing and designing annual training plans and programs, including necessary courses and training for employees.
- Selecting qualified internal trainers or engaging specialized external training providers.
- Supervising the performance of trainees during training programs and monitoring their level of engagement.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs by measuring the impact of training on employee performance and achieving organizational goals.
- Preparing an estimated budget for the annual training plan.
- Preparing studies and research aimed at improving the efficiency of training.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in the same field.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Planning and organization.
- Guidance and leadership.
- Problem solving.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

المسمى الوظيفي: مدير إدارة التدريب
المهام والمسؤوليات:
تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية للموظفين بالتنسيق مع الإدارات والأقسام المعنية
تحديد أولوية الاحتياجات التدريبية ومدى مواءمتها مع متطلبات الشركة
وضع وتصميم خطط وبرامج تدريبية سنوية متنوعة تشمل الدورات والبرامج اللازمة للموظفين
اختيار المدربين المؤهلين داخلياً أو الاستعانة بجهات تدريبية خارجية متخصصة
الإشراف على أداء المتدربين أثناء البرامج التدريبية ومدى تفاعلهم
تقييم فعالية البرامج التدريبية من خلال قياس أثر التدريب على أداء الموظفين وتحقيق الأهداف المؤسسية
إعداد ميزانية تقديرية لخطة التدريب السنوية
إعداد الدراسات والبحوث التي من شأنها رفع كفاءة التدريب
جميع ما يكلف به من قبل مديره المباشر
متطلبات شاغر الوظيفة:
المؤهلات والخبرات:
شهادة البكالوريوس في ادارة اعمال او اي تخصص ذو علاقة.
خبرة في نفس المجال لمدة لا تقل 7 سنوات

التوجيه والقيادة
حل المشكلات
مهارات اتصال قوية باللغة العربية والانجليزية
