- Deliver daily technical assistance for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, addressing user inquiries and ensuring the efficient operation of the system.
- Identify and resolve issues concerning system performance, data integrity, and integration points.
- Tailor and set up CRM workflows, entities, forms, and dashboards to align with specific business needs.
- Work alongside functional teams to collect requirements and deploy solutions that enhance business processes.
- Offer training and develop documentation for end-users to promote the effective use of CRM functionalities.

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar CRM systems.
- Proficiency in customizing Dynamics CRM, including workflows, dashboards, and entities.
- Basic programming knowledge in languages like JavaScript or C# for CRM customization.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related issues.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
