Design and execute dynamic training programs centered around Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Electrical systems, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices.
Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify existing knowledge gaps and develop tailored training solutions to address them.
Deliver both theoretical and hands-on training sessions to ensure a thorough grasp of advanced concepts.
Evaluate and track participant progress, modifying training methods based on feedback and observed outcomes.
Engage with subject matter experts to remain abreast of industry trends, incorporating contemporary practices into training resources.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
At least 5 years of experience in technical training with a focus on Mechanical, Renewable Energy, Electrical, and HSE topics.
Strong presentation and instructional skills, with a proven ability to engage a diverse audience.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing training needs.
