Senior Manager - Finance Technology (CORS300)

Develop and execute a comprehensive technology related solutions across Finance working with the business to delivery tangible benefits.

Working across Functional areas to support the existing IT initiatives that impact Finance (SAP roll out)

Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative technologies (e.g., RPA, AI, cloud solutions) to streamline and automate financial processes.

Lead high-impact finance technology projects, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.

Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Promote & oversee the standardization and governance of financial data across systems to enable accurate reporting and analytics.

Drive the implementation of advanced reporting tools and dashboards for real-time financial insights and decision-making.

Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies and processes.

Engage and influence senior stakeholders to secure buy-in for technology initiatives and foster a culture of innovation.

Ensure finance technology solutions adhere to regulatory, security, and compliance standards.

Implement, working with relevant teams, robust system controls to mitigate risks and support audit readiness.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems and processes.

Benchmark against industry best practices to maintain cutting-edge finance technology capabilities.

Lead the selection, negotiation, and management of technology vendors and service providers.

Ensure vendors meet performance expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).

Support in the growth, development and support of the Finance transformation team and wider Finance function.
