Job Title: Director of Educational Excellence Management
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the evaluation of the effectiveness of various educational programs used in the school and analyze data to measure their impact on improving teacher performance and achieving desired educational outcomes.
- Establish specific criteria for assessing the quality of education, ensuring they are specific, measurable, and aligned with defined educational goals.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and research in education and teaching, and follow up on their application to educational practices, working to transform them into effective strategies for improving teacher performance.
- Research current and available curricula and enrichment programs in the market or those developed by various entities, and oversee the evaluation of curricula according to established criteria such as alignment with the national curriculum, comprehensiveness of concepts and skills, and the effectiveness of the activities and resources provided.
- Prepare plans and programs to improve outcomes for growth in centralized and decentralized test results.
- Prepare strategies and professional development programs for teachers, including workshops, training courses, and participation in educational conferences.
- Approve enrichment program plans and follow up on the qualification of teachers in various educational stages to implement these enrichment programs.
- Follow up the analysis of data extracted from teacher performance evaluations to identify strengths and weaknesses in the educational process and approve training plans.
- Approve operational action plans for academic supervisors and department heads in educational complexes.
- Support school accreditation processes and related committees for external and internal contracts to select the most suitable candidates.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education sciences or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the same field.
Skills and Knowledge:

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
الاشراف على تقييم فعالية البرامج التعليمية المختلفة المستخدمة في المدرسة وتحليل البيانات لقياس تأثيرها على تحسين أداء المعلمين وتحقيق النتائج التعليمية المرجوة
وضع معايير محددة لتقييم جودة التعليم، بحيث تكون محددة وقابلة للقياس ومتوافقة مع أهداف التعليم المحددة.
متابعة أحدث التطورات والأبحاث في مجال التعليم والتدريس و متابعة تطبيقها على الممارسات التعليمية والعمل على تحويلها إلى استراتيجيات فعالة لتحسين أداء المعلمين
البحث في المناهج الدراسية والاثرائية الحالية والمتاحة في السوق أو التي تم تطويرها من قبل جهات مختلفة، و الاشراف على تقييم المناهج وفقًا للمعايير المحددة مثل توافقها مع المنهاج الوطني، ومدى شموليتها للمفاهيم والمهارات المختلفة، وكفاءة الأنشطة والموارد المقدمة
اعداد خطط برامج تحسين النواتج لتحقيق النمو في نتائج في الاختبارات المركزية واللامركزية
إعداد استراتيجيات وبرامج التطوير والتدرييب المهني للمعلمين، بما في ذلك ورش العمل والدورات التدريبية والمشاركة في المؤتمرات التعليمية
اعتماد خطة البرامج الاثرائية ومتابعة تأهيل المعلمين والمعلمات في المراحل التعليمية لتنفيذ خطط البرامج الاثرائية
متابعة تحليل البيانات المستخرجة من عمليات تقييم أداء المعلمين لتحديد نقاط القوة والضعف في العملية التعليمية واعتماد الخطط التدريبية
اعتماد خطط العمل التشغيلية للمشرفين الأكاديميين ورؤساء الأقسام في المجمعات التعليمية
الدعم في عمليات الاعتماد المدرسي ومافي حكمها، ولجان التعاقدات الخارجية والداخلية لاختيار الأنسب من المرشحين
جميع ما يكلف به من قبل مديره المباشر
متطلبات شاغر الوظيفة:
المؤهلات والخبرات:
شهادة البكالوريوس في العلوم والتربية أو أي تخصص ذو علاقة
خبرة في نفس المجال لمدة لا تقل 10 سنوات
