Master-Works is seeking a talented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer who is enthusiastic about converting raw data into impactful insights. In this role, you will be integral in crafting pioneering business intelligence solutions that enable our team to make well-informed decisions. Collaborating within a dynamic environment, your primary responsibilities will involve designing and executing data models, reports, and dashboards utilizing a variety of BI tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create BI reporting solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and enhance BI strategies.
- Manage ETL processes while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reports to present critical performance indicators.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BI Developer or related role.
- Strong proficiency in BI tools, particularly Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with SQL and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
