 Autonomously carries out the run and maintain of Messaging Environment, which includes but not limited E-mail, E-mail security, E-mail AutoSignature and E-mail Archiving systems.

 Has basic technical knowledge of infrastructure components and concepts: Network (TCP/IP), Microsoft Active Directory (AD DS),Domain Name System (DNS), Servers, Storage, Database, Backup, Load balancing and Virtualization.

 Has basic technical knowledge of messaging Infrastructure components and concepts: Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) , SMTP Message object, email header analysis, Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP), E-mail disclaimer, E-mail Gateways, E-mail security etc.

 Has basic technical knowledge of security concepts such as authentication, authorization, Multi-factor Authentication, digital certificate and E-mail security.

 Has basic knowledge on understanding and writing PowerShell Scripts.

 Has basic knowledge on understanding and writing regular expressions.

 Monitor Messaging infrastructure and ensure it is healthy.

 Troubleshooting issues related to Email infrastructure like email delivery.

 Deploy windows patches and email infrastructure updates and fix reported security vulnerabilities.

 Maintain documentation – includes assets, configurations, operation and troubleshooting procedures for messaging infrastructure.

 Generate Reports related to messaging system.

 Handel End-Users tickets and security incidents.

 Preferred to have 3-5 years in Microsoft Exchange.

 Adopt and learn new Messaging related technologies.

 Has sound interpersonal skills to communicate with others (verbally and written).

 Has passed at least one MCSE: Messaging certification exam.

 Has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, related engineering field, or equivalent.
