We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate, who is going to be responsible for receiving and managing client requests for designing concepts or proposals development.
Key responsibilities and objectives:
- Understand client needs, pain-points and assess gaps in order to identify areas where TAM can help
- Participate in initiating and carrying out the process of conceptualization and idea generation
- Supporting in holding brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas that are used in designing the concept
- Analyze & evaluate RFPs to recommend acceptance/decline, and define questions
- Conduct desk research to create lists, benchmark certain concepts and initiatives and provide supportive evidence
- Develop clear content, ideas, objectives and processes for proposal
- Participate in handover meetings with different execution teams to assure full and accurate transfer of designed concept
- Collaborate with other team members and business developers to achieve quality results
- Create, edit and review proposals and PowerPoint presentations
