Master-Works is in search of a motivated and detail-oriented HR Officer to join our Human Resources team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the efficient administration of HR processes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and assist in the management of employee relations inquiries.
- Coordinate training and development programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.
- Process payroll and benefits administration on a monthly basis, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations, ensuring HR practices align with legal requirements.
- Generate HR reports and provide data analysis to support decision-making processes.
