Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate Transactions: Handle investigations related to payment messages (MT199/MT192) and effectively resolve inquiries and discrepancies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, product, and technology, to ensure all investigations are handled timely and accurately.
- Data Analysis: Analyze transaction data, identify patterns and trends, and prepare detailed reports on findings for management review.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure all investigations comply with industry regulations and internal policies, mitigating risk related to financial crimes.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience in Payments: 3+ years of experience in payment investigations, specifically within MT199 and MT192 message frameworks.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with SWIFT messaging standards and payment processing systems.
- Analytical Skills: Recognized ability to analyze complex payment issues and implement effective solutions.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex information to various stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with the commitment to maintaining high quality and accuracy in investigations.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with financial regulations and compliance frameworks related to payments.
