  • Overall Project Coordination: Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and customer satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards, industry best practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Budget & Timeline Adherence: Develop and track project budgets, control costs, and ensure timely completion of all project milestones.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address project challenges.
  • BCMS Implementation & Compliance: Oversee projects related to ISO 22301 and NCEMA 7001, ensuring adherence to business continuity standards.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously optimize project management methodologies and best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Certifications: PMP / Prince2 certification is mandatory.

Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on BCMS projects.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Expertise in ISO 22301 and NCEMA 7001 standards.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive results.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
